Insight Global is looking for a Payment Remittance Coordinator for a 3 month contract for one of our clients. This is a 3 month contract with a likelihood of extensions. This organization has recently sold off a part of their business. A successful candidate will be responsible for redirecting customers from sending payments from the original business to the new one. This will include contacting customers to assist with redirection. This candidate will work closely with the finance team to identify affected customers and ensure that all payment instructions are properly updated in customer records.
