The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and demonstrate effective leadership and professionalism. **Primary Job Duties:** + Respond to email and telephone inquiries, conducting research as needed according to operating procedures. + Gather information and resolve inquiries for remote sitesCommunicate appropriate solutions in a timely manner. + Provide functional guidance, training, and cross-training to lower-level staff. + Manage the flow of work throughout the shift for each job function. + Provide direction regarding workload distribution. + Assist with training and troubleshooting support. + Perform additional duties as assigned. **Required Qualifications:** + Strong time management and organizational skills. + Ability to perform some physical tasks when researching client data. + Proficiency in navigating PC/workstations across various applications, programs, databases, and spreadsheets. + Clear understanding of the wholesale Image Lockbox workflow/process. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff and all levels of management. + Demonstrated leadership and professionalism as a member of the management team. + Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively. _Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information.
