As a Payments Commercialization Vice President , you will be integral part of Mexico’s Treasury Services Product Leadership team, defining and steering Mexico Payments Product and Commercial Strategy. Leveraging a strategic mindset, knowledge of best practices in cash and liquidity management, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the payments organization to define solutions that meet clients organizational set ups and strategic objectives.
This role will be based in Mexico City, reporting into the Head of Mexico Treasury Services Product and functional accountability to the Payments Head of Commercialization for Latin America.
Job responsibilities:
Define Mexico Payments Commercialization strategy and leverage a data-driven approach to generate insights and drive business growth Lead commercialization strategy maintaining a coherent fee and billing strategy Drive adoption recently launched product and solutions and provide post-launch feedback Support commercial partnerships management, ensuring partnerships get commercial traction and maintain a sound operating model Serve as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current industry trends Support product development roadmap, combining deep understanding of market needs and product capabilities Stay abreast of market developments and innovation to ensure the right positioning and product portfolio Partner with Sales Team in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and high quality marketing materials
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in banking, finance or consulting Extensive experience developing go-to-market strategy Experience solving complex problems and dealing with ambiguity Inquisitive nature with advanced problem solving and critical thinking capabilities Analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to learn the technical and operational aspects of the clearing products quickly Team player and capable of building relationships with key business partners Fluent in English and Spanish
