As a Senior Product Associate in Digital Channels & Connectivity, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities

Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product developmentOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionUse data to make decisions that improves customer experience, business metrics and product adoptionPartners closely with stakeholders to communicate status, gain feedback, and deliver on share goals.Drive end-to-end execution of roadmap through effective sprint planning, stakeholder management, and healthy experimentation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyTrack record of delivering thoughtful, user-centric and intuitive experiencesAbility to manage a development team and be held accountable for sprint planning and roadmap definition within their assigned domainExperience using a healthy mix of quantitative data, qualitative data, best practices and product instinct to make prioritization decisionsStrong verbal and written communication skills, evidenced by ability to articulate impact and tradeoffs at varying levels of altitude (from your immediate team all the way up to executive leadership)

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationExperience collaborating with other product managers across an organizationComfort with ambiguity and autonomy; you are motivated by figuring out what needs to be done—and then doing it.Desire to inspire a problem-first mindset and work with leadership to continue "raising the bar” for the product organization Experience in business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering teamsExperience in agile methodology
