Position Summary:
We are seeking a Payroll Administrator who will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all ABM janitorial staff at Miami International Airport. In addition to payroll duties, this role includes managing the ordering and restocking of basic office supplies to support daily administrative operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Payroll Administration (70%)

Process payroll for hourly employees Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll laws and company policies Address and resolve payroll issues or discrepancies Prepare payroll-related reports for management

 

Office Supplies Coordination (30%)

Monitor inventory of essential office supplies (e.g., paper, pens, toner, etc.) Order supplies from approved vendors as needed Track and receive supply deliveries Keep supply areas organized and ensure availability for staff Stay within budget for office supply purchasing

 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or higher preferred 2+ years of payroll processing experience (not required but a plus) Preferred experience with payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, or QuickBooks Strong attention to detail and confidentiality Basic knowledge of office administration or purchasing Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
