\n \n Job Description

Community Management Corp, an Associa company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to support both local branch and client associations payroll.

\n

\n

This position is ONSITE in Chantilly, VA, offering an option to work remotely one day a week after the introductory period.

\n

\n

This position will prepare and process payroll for 15 homeowners associations totaling approximately 150 employees using Paychex payroll software.

\n

\n

This position will also support corporate branch payroll for approximately 300 employees. Providing information needed for the Corporate Payroll team to process payroll.

\n

\n

Daily Responsibilities:

\n

\n

Client Association Payroll

\n\nReview time entered, pay rate, and payroll codes for association employees.\nEnsure payroll codes for position title and location are correct\nProcess payroll and bonuses\nResearch and analyze payroll and payroll code, make corrections and adjustments\nEnter and update garnishments, child support, payroll deductions, 401K, benefits, etc.\n\n

Corporate Branch Payroll

\n\nUpdate employee status, department changes, prepare pay changes, additional pay and bonuses for corporate payroll team.\nReview time entered and payroll codes for employees. Add paid time off and other hours as needed.\nEnsure payroll is fully approved and signed off for corporate payroll to process.\n\n Requirements\nConfidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.\nMust have strong time management and organization skills.\nTeam player, attention to detail, solutions oriented, problem solver, and service minded.\nExperience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.\n\n

Education and Experience

\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nPreference of at least three years of payroll, processing for 200+ employees\nMultiple site and business entity payroll experience a plus\nPaychex experience required\nADP and Excel experience are highly preferred\n\n
