Description One of our clients in the Concord area is looking for a Payroll Administrator for a contract to permanent placement opportunity. ***Contact Ade Henderson via LinkedIn for immediate consideration*** + Manage and guarantee weekly disbursement of payroll, including garnishments, benefits, and taxes. + Implement and maintain payroll best practices to improve efficiency and consult with human resources team to improve payroll and HRIS system processes. + Manage time attendance system, setup department rules, and handle employee inquiries related to their timecards. + Compile data from payroll sources. + Handle administrative tasks, including, but not limited to, record-keeping and filing. + Resolve payroll discrepancies and irregularities. + Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions. + Conduct staff audits and ensure that staff salaries are in accordance with labor laws. + Maintain employee records for new hires, pay changes, and departures. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred. + Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator. + Excellent understanding of payroll and benefits legislation and regulations. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Excellent mathematical skills and strong attention to detail. + Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. + Strong problem-solving abilities.
