Description THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION AND WILL REQUIRE ON-SITE DAYS IN DALTON, GA We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in Dalton, Georgia. The role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be entrusted with tasks such as supporting a large organization, providing time and attendance support, and conducting audits and analysis. Responsibilities: • Support a large organization effectively and efficiently • Oversee time and attendance support, ensuring accurate record-keeping • Conduct audits regularly to ensure compliance and accuracy • Perform thorough analysis of payroll-related data • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Workforce Time & Attendance software for payroll processing • Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary • Maintain accurate customer credit records, ensuring data integrity • Process customer credit applications accurately and in a timely manner • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Collaborate with the processing team for smooth operation of payroll activities. Requirements • Applicant must possess excellent auditing skills, with a focus on accuracy and detail. • Proficiency in analysis is required, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Familiarity with Workforce Time & Attendance systems is necessary for efficient management of payroll. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets. • Knowledge of the textile manufacturing industry is preferable. • Experience in payroll administration or a similar role is desirable. • Strong communication skills are essential, both written and verbal. • The candidate should be able to handle sensitive information confidentially. • Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work under pressure are necessary. • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
