Description
We are in need of a Payroll Administrator in Arlington, Virginia for a growing consulting firm. This role is primarily focused on processing employee payroll in Payrcom and processing employee benefit changes.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise the processing of payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage and maintain Paycom and other accounting software systems to keep track of payroll and benefits information.
• Conduct regular audits on payroll procedures, records, and reports to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Administer employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
• Manage bi-monthly payroll functions, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee 401k - RRSP Administration, ensuring accurate records are kept.
• Utilize Paycom software for efficient management of benefits payroll.
• Implement and maintain accounting functions to support the overall financial goals of the organization.

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with 401k - RRSP Administration
• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience with Benefit Functions
• Proficiency in Paycom software
• Experience with Benefits Payroll
• Experience with bi-Monthly Payroll
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal payroll and tax regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
