Coordinates and prepares payroll for all employees in compliance with state and federal wage and hour requirements and ASM Global policy.
This role is located at our West Conshohocken, PA Corporate Offices and will require this individual to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Processes multiple weekly/ biweekly facility payrolls.
+ Processes all wage garnishments for employees in ADP.
+ Processes vacation and sick payment requests.
+ Process Bonus or Commission payments.
+ Prepares payroll adjustments and manual checks when needed.
Qualifications
+ To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience
+ High School diploma or G.E.D. required; Accounting degree preferred.
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience processing payroll in ADP.
+ Experience in Workday highly preferred.
Skills and Abilities
+ Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
+ Excellent data entry and basic accounting knowledge
+ Understanding of payroll taxes, laws, regulations, and requirements.
+ Ability to function both independently and as a team member.
+ Ability to meet specific deadlines and successfully work under pressure, with close attention to detail.
+ High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
