Position Summary:
The Payroll Administrator ensures that payroll and time and attendance is processed accurately and on time, complying with legal requirements and internal integrity. This role monitors and triages all customer service concerns through maintaining administration, identifying gaps, recommending corrections, and implementing industry efficiency practices. This position also ensures data integrity, maintaining key documents and employee payroll information.

Payroll Administration: Completes administration of payroll. Time and Attendance Administration: Responsible for Time and Attendance functionality of the time and attendance system as well as time clocks used by the organization. Data Analysis: Performs and reports analysis on payroll data.
Job Pay & Perks:
Typical starting pay range: $27.38 - $37.04 per hour This is a hybrid-based role that must be based in the Twin Cities 7 County Metropolitan Area, and must be on-site as business needs dictate. Prior Experience & Education:
Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Preferred experience:Experience with Ultimate Software (UKG) payroll processing, or other similar system Experience with Kronos Time and Attendance (Workforce Central) or other similar system Experience partnering with benefits administration preferred
