Payroll Administrator
Belcan
A Payroll Administrator job is currently available at Belcan in Raleigh, NC 27562. This is a full time, direct position with full benefits. Great matching candidates will have at least two years of work experience and a high school diploma. A Payroll Administrator will process payroll for different departments and/or will process expenses payments across Belcan. You will organize data entered into the payroll system and will work closely with other accounting functions.
Principle Responsibilities:
PAYROLL
1. Accurate and timely processing of the biweekly hourly and salary payroll for employees and independent contractors.
2. Process payroll for different departments.
3. Maintain compliance and accuracy for timely employee payroll.
4. Manage Deltek system data entry.
TRAVEL
1. Route expenses payments for Belcan employees.
2. Review the travel program for opportunities for improvement.
3. Manage the Concur System data entry.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Attention to detail
· Strong Interpersonal skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
· Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
· Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
· Physically able to work seated in front of a computer for long hours at a time
Environment: Office setting; use of work phones, computers, printers, and general office equipment.
Physical demands: Minimal exertion; ability to bend and lift 30 pounds.
Travel: 0%
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
· 2+ year related experience and/or training
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software
· Proficiency in Deltek, JD Edwards, Concur, or Ceridian preferred
Additional Details:
Full-time position (Mon-Fri) with benefits.
Hybrid Schedule of in office/remote.
Due to the nature of our work US Citizenship or Permanent Residence is required.
COMPENSATION:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering an hourly rate of $22-24/hr however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
