Requirements:
Matric qualification is essential. Minimum of 3 years' experience operating as a Payroll Clerk / Administrator. Practical experience working on Sage Pastel Payroll. Sage Pastel Payroll courses (advantageous). Practical experience processing financials for NBCRFLI employees on Pastel Payroll. Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Processing of payrolls (Programme used Sage Pastel Payroll). Checking the accuracy of processed payrolls. Generate and compile payroll reports to check, compare and analyse financial data. Updating and maintaining payroll information. Calculation of commission and overtime. Processing and issuing UIF related forms to employees. Resolving payroll discrepancies and assisting with payroll queries. Ensuring processing is in accordance with company policies and procedures. General administration and experience working with Microsoft Office.
