Payroll Administrator
Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Administrator at our client's location in East Brunswick, New Jersey. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be a crucial part of our team, managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing excellent service to our employees. Responsibilities: • Administering the payroll function for our team members using our designated payroll software • Accurately calculating and processing various payroll adjustments, including retroactive payments, bonuses, and commissions • Ensuring all payroll activities adhere to federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations • Addressing and resolving any payroll-related inquiries from our employees in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Assisting with audits related to payroll and participating in other projects as required • Utilizing skills in Payroll, Multi-state Payroll, Payroll Taxes, PeopleSoft, and Oracle Cloud to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing. Requirements • Proficiency in Payroll systems and procedures is required. • Experience in Multi-state Payroll management is necessary. • Demonstrated knowledge of Payroll Taxes is essential. • Proficiency in PeopleSoft is expected. • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud is a requirement.
