We're looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Christchurch Team!
The Curtiss-Wright HR team in Christchurch operate as a Shared Service, supporting around 598 employees, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, organised and professional Payroll Administrator to join the team at our state-of-the-art facility by Bournemouth Airport.

Your Challenge:
Assisting with the processing of the monthly UK payroll including the day-to-day handling of queries and communications with the Finance & HR teams.
The role will require working with Workday HR & payroll software.
Assisting with the processing of benefits through the payroll including Auto enrolment pension
Assisting with report requests from the business
Conducting ad-hoc tasks as required by your manager.
Ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
Maintaining Payroll records
Assisting with Payroll Audits. Internally and externally.
Minimum 2 years payroll experience.
Helping with the Payroll helpdesk queries/tickets.

Up to date knowledge of SSP, SMP etc rates
Knowledge of NMW rates of pay
Able to manually calculate pay, including NI, Tax, and pension deductions
Deal with court orders
Option to study CIPP qualification
Confidentiality is a must
Must have GCSE Math and English
Willing to travel within the UK, must hold a valid UK drivers license
