Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in the construction/contractor industry, located in MC KEES ROCKS, Pennsylvania. The role will primarily involve payroll processing, maintaining financial records, and handling employee inquiries. You will be expected to work onsite and will be given flexibility when permissible. Responsibilities: • Facilitating weekly and bi-weekly payroll operations for union and multi-state employees • Utilizing software such as ADP or similar ERP for payroll processing • Ensuring compliance with prevailing wage regulations • Keeping accurate records of employee payroll and financial transactions • Responding to and resolving payroll-related inquiries from employees • Performing audit functions related to payroll and financial transactions • Administering benefits and 401k functions • Generating reports using tools like Crystal Reports • Supporting other accounting functions as necessary.
