Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Job Description

Responsible for review and reconciliation of project timecards prior to the weekly pay run. Prepare and review weekly payroll, including data entry of payroll information and associated reporting as needed. Prepare daily off-cycle checks, which may include retroactive pay as needed. Research and resolve payroll inquiries from team members via phone or email. Act as a liaison for the Payroll team with project teams. Complete unemployment earnings requests. Set-up, salary and pay-related updates, and termination of craft payroll team members. Effectively work and build relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels. Perform additional payroll duties, including union reporting and reconciliation, completing garnishments, and updating child support.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00
