Description We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in the construction/contracting industry, located in Windsor, Colorado. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity where you will be responsible for a variety of accounting and payroll functions. Responsibilities: • Manage the full cycle of payroll processing for a team of under 100 employees • Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processes • Use QuickBooks for various accounting and payroll tasks • Oversee benefit functions, ensuring they are efficiently administered and aligned with payroll • Keep and update accurate records of all payroll activities • Address and resolve any payroll-related inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner • Work with other team members to streamline and improve accounting functions • Ensure weekly payroll is completed accurately and on schedule.
