What You Will Be Doing:

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for at least one of the two payroll cycles (hourly or salary).  In addition to payroll, the Payroll Administrator is responsible for the maintenance of employee data, earnings, deductions and benefits.

Primary Responsibilities: Hourly payroll - biweekly Kronos & DBS employee Admin - weekly, as needed Quarterly Bonus Payroll - quarterly Ultipro/UKG Request Admin approval - daily, as needed 203150 account invoices reconciliations - monthly & updates as needed Hourly new hire onboarding (about 5 a week) - weekly Termination processing (About 3 a week) - weekly DOT notices and documents - monthly & updates as needed House Accounts - biweekly Ultipro/UKG Employee Admin - Password resets - Daily, as needed Employee/Supervisor questions for hourly payroll - weekly Employee/Supervisor questions for Benefits - as needed Audit Employee Data integrity (supervisor, cost center, job title) - Monthly Back-up front desk coverage - as needed Employment verification - Weekly, as needed Additional Responsibilities: Projects - as assigned Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner. Additional duties as assigned by manager. Who We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this position you should have a strong attention to detail, prior experience working with payroll and the desire to learn. You should possess a strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service. The ability to take direction and work in a team environment is essential to this position as well.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Required Qualifications/Skills: 2+ years payroll experience – include approving time and processing taxes, earnings, deductions in a payroll system Reconcile payroll to accounting general ledger Prior experience working with benefits and explaining aspects of the programs to employees (medical/dental/401(k)) Strong Excel experience to include creating reports, merging data, creating and using pivot tables, creating and using formulas (vlookup, if/then statements, etc) Prior experience using payroll system or Ultipro or other HRIS Preferred Qualifications/Skills: 5+ years payroll experience – include approving time and processing taxes, earnings, deductions in a payroll system Values:
