Description We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team in Somerville, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be managing our accounting software systems, processing payroll, ensuring accuracy of records, and responding to related inquiries. This opportunity offers a short term contract employment. Responsibilities: • Utilize and manage accounting software systems effectively • Handle ADP Financial Services related tasks • Operate and manage the ADP Workforce Now program • Effectively use the Ceridian system for payroll administration • Generate and maintain accurate Crystal Reports • Administer the 401k - RRSP for employees • Manage 'About Time' software for efficient timekeeping • Perform various accounting functions as needed • Conduct auditing tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance • Oversee benefit functions, ensuring all benefits are administered correctly. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is mandatory. • Adequate knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is necessary. • Familiarity with Ceridian is essential. • Ability to use Crystal Reports is a must. • Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration is required. • Knowledge of About Time software is a plus. • Must have a strong understanding of Accounting Functions. • Auditing skills are crucial. • Knowledge of Benefit Functions is required.
