The Payroll Administrator is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely data entry, for complex multi-state/multi-union payroll processing. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, local, union, and company policies. Additionally, he or she manages the payroll support email inbox, completes certified payroll reporting, and collaborates with HR to resolve payroll-related questions. Location: On SIte - Plymouth, MN
What you will do:
Responsible for general multi-state/multi-union payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of all wage calculations, withholdings, deductions, and changes Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information, including but not limited to balancing earnings and deduction totals and correcting out of balance conditions Ensures compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal wage and hour laws Create and run requested reports to include year-end data, union fringes, GL data and other requested items for the US Maintain required payroll files and records Partners with Human Resources to resolve payroll related questions Manage payroll support email inbox Manage Child Supports Orders, Garnishments, and levies through ADP Smart Compliance Accurately complete and track certified payroll reporting to ensure compliance for prevailing wage jobs Accurately complete monthly union fringe benefit reports/payments by provided deadlines Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidentialMinimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or equivalent 3+ Years of payroll processing experience Work visa sponsorship is not available for this positionBenefits:
