Payroll Administrator
Our client, a leader in the environmental services industry, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be part of the Payroll Shared Services Center supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Payroll Administrator **Location:** Milwaukee, Wisconsin **What's the Job?** + Provide Payroll support to all customers through the Payroll Shared Services Center by processing transactions and answering Payroll questions. + Participate in daily call center operations and assist Payroll SSC Administrators with problem-solving and implementing best practices. + Process payroll for Salary, Hourly, Union, and In/ExPat employees while ensuring compliance with relevant laws. + Work closely with the Payroll Supervisor to ensure controls are in place and monitored effectively. + Maintain the integrity of HR/payroll data and stay informed about changes in Federal and State laws as they pertain to Payroll processing. **What's Needed?** + Five years of directly related experience in Payroll Administration is desired. + Experience in Shared Services Center operations is preferred. + Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems such as ADP (Global View), Workday, and/or Success Factors is a plus. + General knowledge of varying types of Health and Welfare plans and experience working with union payroll is preferred, but not required. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. + Professional development and growth opportunities within the Payroll Shared Services Center. + Chance to make a positive impact on payroll processes and customer satisfaction.
