Description We are offering an ongoing contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in Carol Stream, Illinois. As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a key role in our accounting department, focusing on payroll related tasks and utilizing your experience with ADP Workforce Now. Responsibilities: • Conducting regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy • Processing payroll using the ADP Workforce Now platform • Executing accounting functions related to payroll • Maintaining up-to-date payroll records for all employees • Resolving payroll related inquiries from employees in a timely manner • Managing benefit functions as they relate to payroll • Monitoring and taking necessary action on employee accounts. Requirements • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now software • Sound understanding of accounting functions • Experience in auditing processes • Familiarity with benefit functions, including calculation and distribution • Extensive knowledge in payroll processes and management • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks • Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
