Payroll Analyst

We're looking for a motivated and driven Payroll Analyst (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green Be adept at analyzing system performance, data flow and impact to downstream systems. Ensure that all system-related processes that support the HRIS/Payroll environment, run to success accurately and timely. If errors do occur; they are quickly identified, root cause is determined, remedies recommended and implemented. Prepares and completes payroll input to complete payroll on a timely basis for each pay cycle and special pay cycle request. Audits pre and post processing payroll reports Assist management in gathering HR technology requirements, including tracking changes, analyzing proposed changes for impact to project schedules, coordinating review and approval of changes, revising any requirements documentation and user notification Participate in the development, testing and rollout of new integrations, interfaces and upgrades to ensure smooth, error free roll outs and ensure the systems create a better and useful customer experience Assist management to define and/or configure HR systems/tolls to introduce efficiencies in manual processes and support strategic initiatives. Continually evaluate existing HR technologies and processes.  Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize HR processes using HR technologies Responsible for performing payroll taxes and garnishment related duties including but not limited to: Assisting with tax audits, providing tax knowledge, garnishment refunds and guidance, researching inquiries, Successfully (accurately and timely) process data that may not have all the information necessary to complete the task. Requires understanding the processes and knowing where to find and correctly apply missing information. Your Profile – Ready to hop on board High School Diploma required, some college preferred 2+ years knowledge of HR programs and processes 2+ years experience in delivering HR technology solutions 2+ years experience with solid knowledge of HRIS and hands-on experience with upgrades and implementations 2+ years working knowledge with ADP, Workday Possess an advanced knowledge of report writing and data analysis tools to meet the data requirement challenges of a large organization with multiple data sources. This includes not no limited to: basic relational table knowledge, advanced Excel skills, ADP Report Writer, MS Access skills Experience with HTML and SQL a plus Proficient in Excel, Word, Access Databases preferred Strong analytical and evaluation skills Attention to detail and maintaining confidentiality Our Perks – More than just a job You have an impact.
