Payroll Analyst
Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Payroll Analyst** to join our client’s team in Somerset, NJ. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for their U.S. employees. This remote position offers competitive compensation ( **$** **35.00/hour** ) over a 3 month contract period. **Work Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM EST; Must be able to work EST hours **Top reasons to work with Adecco:** + Weekly Pay + Upskilling opportunities through the Adecco Aspire Academy + Dedicated onboarding specialist to guide you from offer to your first day. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resource Management, or a related field is preferred. + Proficiency in Workday is a must. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). + Minimum 2 years of experience working in payroll, HR, or a related field. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Responsibilities:** + Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations. + Maintain employee tax withholding elections and ensure compliance with tax laws. + Deliver net payments and garnishments efficiently. + Collaborate with various departments to address payroll-related issues. + Ensure compliance with payroll deadlines and internal controls. + Coordinate with HR Sites to ensure accurate pay delivery to employees. + Prepare ad-hoc payments and pay adjustment calculations. + Generate reports to satisfy ad-hoc and pay period requests. + Research and resolve employee inquiries and requests. **Pay Details:** $35.00 per day Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
