Payroll Analyst

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible to oversee and manage the payroll processing for

several countries in EMEA, collaborate with the payroll vendor/s and direct the work of the

team members supporting these particular countries.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

Payroll and service delivery management (85%)

Ensures timely and accurate data submission to the payroll vendor/s, according to the

agreed process and timeline

Plans and assigns the activities according to the payroll calendars, ensuring proper

resource utilization

Monitors the case volumes and other case related metrics and SLAs, for the Iron

Mountain team and for the vendor.

Drives high customer satisfaction

Service delivery excellence: constantly reviews the existing processes and procedures,

-identifies gaps and improvements and makes recommendations for change

Makes sure that all processes are documented and reviewed

regularly

Vendor Management (15%)

Supports the EMEA Payroll Manager in the activities related to vendor management -

monitoring of the vendor performance, services reviews etc.

Requirements:

● 1-3 years experience in Payroll, Finance or HR Operations with cross country exposure

● Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Payroll operations (in-house or vendor side)

● Background in working with HRIS, preferably Workday, as well as case management tools, ideally ServiceNow.

● Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships with key stakeholder groups

● Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that require sound decision making

● High degree of comfort with change, with the skill to easily shift priorities to meet business needs

● Strong analysis, problem solving, proactive root cause analysis, customer interfacing and conflict resolution skills.
