The Job:
As a Payroll Analyst, you’ll be part of our Finance Controllership team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to:
Interact with employees, HRs, Finance, and Vendors addressing complex employee pay and HR related inquiries and transactions as well as finance and vendor inquiries.Requires the ability to work within established service level deadlines, multi-task, work efficiently and accurately and communicate with customers on critical and sensitive pay issues.Review and inquiry resolution, research of complex payroll issues to provide solutions to requestor and reconciliation of pay data.Maintain payroll data, managing payroll discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Collaborate with various internal departments to support payroll-related queries and contribute to process improvements. Provide information to Employees, HR and Finance on Pay and HR related issues.Manage escalations and inquiries related. Liaise with Vendors and work to resolution on behalf of customer.Perform analysis on HR/Payroll data and determine required actions.Review, reconcile, research inbound/outbound files and correcting any errors by following up with appropriate third-party vendors.Responding to all inquiries within service level agreements.Communicate professionally, effectively, timely and courteously with Employees, HR and Finance contacts on highly complex payroll issues.Support the end-to-end payroll process for employees across US using ADP GlobalView. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll in accordance with established timelines.Manage and process payroll adjustments, including retroactive payments, terminations, and other special payroll runs.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations, including tax filings and reporting requirements.Prepare and distribute payroll reports to internal stakeholders as needed. with internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll information and documentation.Identify opportunities for process improvements within the payroll function and collaborate with the Payroll Manager to implement changes.Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementations related to ADP GlobalView.Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations, ensuring that the payroll process remains compliant.Performs other related duties as assigned.The Person:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree; or a minimum of 6 to 8 years of payroll and analytical experience with US and/or Regional Payroll experience.Six Sigma or Lean certification, preferred.Highly developed working knowledge of all aspects of Payroll processing.Experience in working with ADP GlobalView strongly preferred.Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with exceptionally strong excel skills.The Details:
