Payroll Analyst
Job Title: Payroll AnalystJob Description The Payroll Analyst is responsible for multiple functions within the payroll department including: balancing and reconciling payroll processing, tax withholding/reporting for all jurisdictions, balancing gross to taxable each pay period to ensure accurate quarterly filings and annual W-2 forms, researching and resolving payroll-related issues promptly, updating tax & garnishment processing through Workday & ADP, interacting and managing vendor and client relationships, and managing special ad-hoc projects when necessary. The payroll department is part of the Shared Services Operations and is responsible for accurately and timely processing employee compensation while ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. Work Site This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Des Moines, Iowa and some days remote. Work Environment This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week. The individual will be working with 2 other team members on a daily basis.
