Payroll Analyst
Job Title: Payroll Analyst Job Description The Payroll Analyst is responsible for performing wage, hour, tax, benefit, and garnishment calculations and corrections to ensure that team members are compensated accurately. The role involves performing data audits and reconciliations utilizing ADP, Kronos, and Excel spreadsheets. The Payroll Analyst supports the Payroll department by monitoring, managing, and resolving all incoming requests for correction. They also support payroll processing by performing data entry, reconciliations, and analysis as needed to ensure deadlines are met and paychecks are accurate. Work Site This is a hybrid position only one day a week onsite! Work Environment Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm, once a week onsite in Hartford, CT. Primarily remote with occasional onsite work.
