Responsibilities The Opportunity: The role's main purpose is to execute US portfolio services for the payroll catalog leveraging the Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfillment. Your Impact: As a Payroll Analyst, your functions would consist of Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Frito Lay: Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfillment of requirements Capture information in payroll systems. Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing data sources to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations. Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA compliance Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery Responsible for proper escalation of daily resolution issues Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs Continue communication and support with local functional teams Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineer, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Related Field Experience Experience in payroll, accounting, or finance processes Proficient in Microsoft Suite products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Advanced English skills If this opportunity interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
