The role 
Join a high-performing team of 5 Senior Payroll Specialists responsible for processing a monthly payroll, delivering exceptional global payroll services for Woodside Energy employees across the globe.
In this dynamic role, you'll work alongside a talented and experienced team in Perth CBD, ensuring accurate and efficient payroll management for our international workforce.



What you'll need to succeed

•    Extensive payroll experience, ideally processing over 1000 people:  Skilled in end-to-end payroll processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
•    Proficiency in SAP/EC/ECP: Experienced in leveraging payroll systems to optimise efficiency and compliance.
•    Maintains discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive employee and organisational data.
•    Adaptable and multitasking: Excels in addressing multiple tasks concurrently and resolving issues efficiently.
•    Independent and proactive: Capable of managing a high workload autonomously while ensuring optimal outcomes.
•    Enthusiastic and collaborative, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
