Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Analyst based in Lexington, North Carolina. You will be a key part of our team, focusing on overseeing the entire payroll process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support for payroll systems. Responsibilities: • Accurate and efficient processing of payroll, from data entry to disbursement • Analyzing earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits to ensure complete accuracy • Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations • Generating detailed payroll reports for both internal and external stakeholders • Providing prompt and informative responses to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy • Offering technical support for payroll systems and collaborating with IT or vendors to resolve any system-related issues • Maintaining accurate payroll records and contributing to the development and maintenance of payroll policies and procedures. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Payroll Analyst or in a similar role • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Experience with ADP - Financial Services • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now • Proficiency in using Ceridian • Experience with Crystal Reports • Knowledge in 401k - RRSP Administration • Familiarity with About Time software • Ability to perform various Accounting Functions • Auditing skills • Knowledge in handling Benefit Functions Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
