Description Our client, a leader in Manufacturing industry, is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: + Process biweekly and monthly payrolls for salaried, hourly, and contract employees across multiple locations. + Audit and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations. + Collaborate with HR and finance teams to verify payroll data, including new hires, terminations, benefits deductions, and salary changes. + Prepare and submit payroll tax filings, including quarterly and annual reporting (941, W-2s, etc.). + Research and resolve payroll discrepancies, responding to employee inquiries promptly. + Maintain and update payroll systems to ensure accurate records and reporting. + Stay current with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies affecting payroll operations. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience. + 3+ years of experience in payroll administration or analysis. + Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and compliance regulations. + Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, or Paycom. + Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
