Job Summary:

The Payroll and Benefits Administration Lead will oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, manage employee benefits, and support the overall employee experience for India, Dubai and Australia. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.

 What You Will Do:

Payroll and Statutory Administration

·       Responsible for providing timely and accurate inputs for payroll processing.

·       Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, salaries, deductions, bonuses, and other adjustments in local HR system

·       Responsible to work with statutory partner for all statutory filing inputs like statutory bonus, employment exchange requirements, NPS, PF, gratuity etc..

·       Support employees in NPS, PF transfer, VPF etc..

·       Assist in audits by providing payroll, statutory and benefits documentation as needed.

·       Stay updated on industry trends and legislative changes affecting payroll and benefits.

Benefits Administration

·       Responsible for end-to-end leave management like leave grant, accruals, encashment etc.

·       Coordinate with benefits providers (insurance, wellness etc..) to ensure accurate and seamless services

·       Provide necessary data to actuary firm for year-end Gratuity and Earned Leave valuations.

·       Responsible for managing and updating Employee handbook

·       Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and concerns.

·       Responsible for Benefits benchmark Study & Design

 

Employee life cycle management

·       End to end management of exit process for employees

·       Handle Background verification process for new hires and exited employees

 

What You Will Need:

8 - 10 years of relevant experience Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration. Strong understanding of statutory compliance and labor laws related to payroll and benefits. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively support employees, especially with their Mediclaim and coordinate with external partners
