This role begins with a primary focus on payroll processing and gradually expands to include a variety of bookkeeping responsibilities. Training will be provided as needed to ensure success in the role. Key Responsibilities + Manage weekly payroll for approximately for both union and non-union employees + Track payroll paperwork, labor rates, job rates, and onboarding/offboarding for project-specific needs + Prepare and submit monthly reports + Assist with general bookkeeping tasks as responsibilities expand Qualifications + Experience in payroll processing + Familiarity with bookkeeping is a plus + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to adapt to changing tasks and learn new skills To be considered, please apply here today!
