Responsibilities:
* Oversee the payroll process and employee benefits programs with the company
* Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations
* Administrating employee benefits plans
* Collaboration with HR, Finance and other departments to ensure alignment on payroll and benefits policies
* Training and mentorship - enhance team knowledge and skills related to payroll and benefits
* Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies - tax filings and labor statistics
* Perform other duties as required by Leadership
* Primary contact for employees and the company on benefits inquiries
* Coordinate open enrollment periods and ensure all communications regarding benefits are clear and informative
