Payroll / Benefits Coordinator
Job Title: Payroll / Benefits CoordinatorJob Description The Payroll / Benefits Coordinator is responsible for evaluating and continuously improving leave programs, including but not limited to: vended LOA policy and program, absence management, workers compensation, and return to work. This role supports both employees and leaders in facilitating a return-to-work strategy for light duty work assignments and/or reduced work schedules. Essential Skills + Experience with Leave of Absence and Payroll + Benefit verification Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to make independent decisions in adherence to federal and state regulatory leave and accommodation laws + Experience with time and attendance reporting, benefit eligibility, LOA communications, LOA compensation including disability plans, and time off accruals Work Environment This position is fully onsite with working hours from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role requires 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour workday. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
