Payroll Clerk (5-Month Contract)

Reporting to the Senior Payroll Administrator, you will undertake the following RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Process New/Re-Hires, Terminations, Wage Adjustments, Transfer in ADP Canada and/or US  Maintain and update employee profiles with utmost accuracy  Maintain confidentiality of all records and reports  Communicate with stores, manufacturing and other departments to ensure processing deadlines are met and all new hires and terminations have been submitted  Maintain files and process payments for garnishees and/or third party remittances Respond to queries related to ADP  Provide the electronic copy of year-end documents to employees as requested ● Process ADP Pay card enrollment and funding money as required  Request for new order pay cards to Money Network when shop requested to send more  Support Payroll Administrators with ad hoc tasks 

You will bring the following QUALIFICATIONS: 

Required: 

1-2 years of recent payroll experience  Excellent organizational skills  Excellent Excel and Word skill  Ability to multi-task and delegate  Excellent communications required  Solid team-player with an eye for detail 

Preferred: 

PCP certificate or equivalent experience Basic knowledge of accounting is an asset  Experience with ADP WFN and/or other HR Information Systems is an asset

Job Type: 5-Month Full Time Contract. Hybrid position. 1-2 days on-site is required.

Job Location: 1-2 days on-site is required. The successful candidate must be located in or around Vancouver, BC.

Salary Range: $22-$26/hour CAD
(Salary range is determined based on Vancouver market assessment)
