Description We are offering a contract for a Payroll Clerk position in Exton, Pennsylvania. As part of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks related to payroll processing and accounts payable within the financial services industry. Responsibilities: • Providing support to the Payroll Lead • Conducting audits of timesheets for precision • Verification of timesheets to ensure accuracy • Interacting with employees on payroll-related inquiries • Entering employee hours into the payroll system, covering both salaried and hourly employees • Handling certain accounts payable tasks, such as scanning invoices • Utilizing software tools like ADP, Ceridian, and other accounting systems effectively • Ensuring proper data entry in relation to payroll and accounting functions • Implementing benefit functions as required • Maintaining a thorough understanding of accounting software systems. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential. • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is desirable. • Knowledge of Ceridian would be advantageous. • Proficiency in using Dayforce is necessary. • Experience with About Time software is beneficial. • Ability to handle Accounting Functions effectively is a must. • Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is required. • Auditing skills are essential for the role. • Ability to handle Benefit Functions is a significant aspect of the role.
