As a Payroll Clerk, you will be part of our accounting team, responsible for handling a variety of duties, including managing payroll systems and resolving accounts payable issues. PRIOR ADP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Non-profit experience preferred Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain accounting software systems. • Manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Handle the accounts payable function, prioritizing non-profit accounts. • Utilize ADP Financial Services for payroll and accounting functions. • Implement and manage ADP Workforce Now for streamlined workflow. • Resolve customer inquiries related to payroll and accounts payable. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must for accurate and efficient data entry and management. • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is needed for smooth operations and coordination. • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required for effective workforce management and payroll processes. • Understanding of Accounting Functions is essential for accurate financial record keeping and reporting. • Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) is vital for managing outgoing payments and maintaining financial integrity.
