Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Clerk in Chicago, Illinois. As a key player in our team, you will be tasked with the responsibility of managing weekly and semi-monthly payroll for a vast number of associates across multiple venues. Responsibilities: • Handle weekly payroll for hourly associates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Manage semi-monthly payroll processing for salaried associates • Utilize ADP Workforce Now and other accounting software systems to streamline payroll processes • Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data • Maintain up-to-date records of all payroll transactions • Resolve any payroll-related inquiries from associates in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Monitor and manage associate accounts, taking appropriate action as necessary • Oversee and manage benefit functions related to payroll • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines related to payroll processing • Use ADP WFN for additional payroll and accounting functions.
