Description We are in search of a Payroll Clerk to join our team located in Delaware, Ohio. As a Payroll Clerk, your primary role will be to handle payroll for our team members, utilize accounting software systems for various functions, and assist in basic onboarding tasks. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurately running payroll for a team of approximately 45 people • Utilizing Sage and Busy Busy software for various accounting functions • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires • Participating in basic interviewing processes • Assisting in the management of office tasks • Ensuring accurate maintenance of all payroll records • Implementing timekeeping software for efficient work management • Handling accounts payable duties as required • Conducting auditing tasks as necessary • Overseeing benefit functions related to payroll. Requirements • Familiarity with About Time software is necessary. • Ability to perform Accounting Functions effectively is a must. • Applicants should have a strong background in Auditing. • Knowledge of Benefit Functions is essential. • Experience with Sage Software • Proficiency in Timekeeping software is a must. • Familiarity with HR Payroll System is necessary. • Ability to process Payroll manually is expected. • Experience in managing Payroll for under 100 Employees is crucial.
