Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Payroll Clerk in Pasadena, Texas. As a part of our team, you will be instrumental in maintaining precise customer records, processing customer applications, and handling customer inquiries. Additionally, you will monitor customer accounts and take the necessary action. Responsibilities: • Accurately input and verify employee information in the payroll system. • Maintain and update employee records including new permanent employees, rehires, terminations, rate changes, and benefit adjustments. • Collaborate with the payroll team, supervisor, and manager to ensure smooth operations. • Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements regarding employee records. • Prepare necessary documentation for audits or reporting. • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all record-keeping processes. • Apply skills in high-volume data entry and record-keeping to manage tasks efficiently. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as necessary. • Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
