Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Clerk in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. The role involves working in the industry and requires expertise in managing accounting software systems and financial services. Responsibilities: • Accurately manage and process payroll using various Accounting Software Systems • Utilize ADP - Financial Services to ensure accurate financial records • Regularly update and maintain employee data in ADP Workforce Now • Use Ceridian and Dayforce for effective payroll management • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in payroll and financial records • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) functions efficiently • Handle various accounting functions as part of the role • Oversee benefit functions and ensure they are implemented correctly • Use 'About Time' for efficient time management and payroll calculations Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is expected • Knowledge of Ceridian software is beneficial • Understanding of Dayforce system is desirable • Proficiency in About Time software is needed • Ability to manage Accounting Functions is crucial • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary • Auditing skills are a requirement • Familiarity with Benefit Functions is important Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
