The position is located in Fort Mill, South Carolina, 29715, United States and will be a part of our accounting team. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of payroll, maintaining customer credit records, and managing customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Accurately process payroll for 300+ employees. • Maintain precise customer credit records • Manage customer inquiries efficiently • Use accounting software systems to track, report, and audit financial data • Perform necessary accounting functions with precision • Have a full knowledge base of payroll rules, laws, etc. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory for this role. • Solid understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is a plus. • Auditing skills are highly valued in this role. • Knowledge of Benefit Functions is essential.
