Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Clerk in BALTIMORE, Maryland. This role is within the industry and focuses on tasks such as processing payroll, assisting with timekeeping, and handling leave requests. The successful candidate will also be responsible for other payroll duties as required. Responsibilities • Accurately process customer credit applications and maintain comprehensive customer credit records. • Handle end-of-pay-period reports to assist with payroll closing activities. • Notify approvers who have not approved time for their units at the end of the payroll close. • Carry out retro payroll requests for previous pay periods. • Ensure accurate vacation leave payout on employee separation. • Support employee separation activities, including preparing all relevant items for the separation packet. • Carry out other administrative duties as assigned.
