Payroll/Compliance Data Coordinator
_Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment?_ _Adecco’s client is seeking a_ **_Payroll/Compliance Data Coordinator_** _to join their team in_ **_Warren, OH._** **_Why work with Adecco:_** + **_Pay is $_** **_24.00/HR._** + **_Benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401k._** **_What you’ll do:_** • Verify Start and Stop times for Associates daily using the PATS system. • Review and resolve data discrepancies between SCAN and PATS. • Input indirect time from logs and ensure accuracy without affecting data integrity. • Analyze and manipulate raw data to create necessary reports and store data to meet retention requirements. • Enter exception and adjustment logs and monitor their accuracy and submission. • Collaborate with area supervisors to ensure timely return of corrected logs. • Archive all production and indirect logs in compliance with payroll retention policies. • Train as a backup for Payroll Extraction in PATS/IT. • Conduct routine maintenance within PATS for optimal operation. • Provide clerical support to assist with daily operations. **_Qualifications:_** · Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** applications. · Familiarity with **AS 400 Warehouse Management Systems** . · **1 year of business experience** with PC proficiency preferred. · Knowledge of DC internal operations and procedures is a plus. · Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization. · Ability to maintain confidentiality and organized workstations. · **Bilingual** skills are preferred but not required. **_Note:_** **_This role is On-site in Warren, OH.
