This role reports to the Vice President Shared Services and will be responsible for ensuring employees are paid on time and accurately in compliance with regulations. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create tools, assess metrics/data and report on current activities and risk areas. Work with various stakeholders to ensure regulatory reporting is completed timely and accurately.  Responsibilities To be successful, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and abilities required.  Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.Conducting regular audits and reviews of payroll processes, systems, and reporting to identify compliance issues or discrepancies.Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as HR and Finance, to ensure accurate employee data is maintained and used for payroll calculation.Keeping up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and communicating any changes or updates to relevant teams.
