Job Location Tel Aviv Job Description We are looking for an organized, highly motivated, and dedicated Payroll Controller & Bookkeeper to join us and assist with day-to-day accounting requirements and monthly closing process. This role will be focusing mainly on payroll (80%) and partly on bookkeeping (20%). Responsibilities + Prepare and manage the entire payroll process, end to end. + Act as a point of reference for employee payroll queries, address employee concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly. + Responsible for social payments reports and payment. + Monthly and yearly submissions to the tax authorities. (social security, VAT, etc) + Monthly and yearly-end closings, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external legal and regulatory requirements.. + Maintain accurate and updated compensation and benefits-related budget. + Fix Assets tax management. + Bank reconciliation on a quarterly basis. Job Qualifications Job Requirements + Payroll accounting and Bookkeeping certifications. + Proven experience of at least 3 years in Payroll/bookkeeping. + Good knowledge of working with Excel. + Fast learning capabilities, including proven experience in learning to adjust to new finance systems. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality. + High Level of English. + Experience working in global companies - Advantage. + Experience working with “Hilan” – Advantage. + Experience working with SAP - Advantage.
