Responsible for accurate and timely processing of hourly payrolls for one or more locations, along with administration of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and ADP/UKG systems ensuring we meet the needs of the associate base.
Highlights of your role Coordinates and performs all payroll administration related duties including daily reports, corrections and entries into HRMS and ADP/UKG software Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll Perform data entry of information to maintain HRMS, ADP, UKG databases or spreadsheets with accuracy and efficiency, compiling reports as neededProvide excellent customer service by assisting associates and team leadership with payroll-related questions Perform general HR-related administrative tasks such as new hire and child support reporting, garnishments, verifications of employment, company-wide communications/postings and benefit-related tasks Provide coverage for the front desk, providing friendly and courteous customer services when answering phones and greeting individuals Ensure employee, medical, benefit, and training records are maintained according to all internal and legal standards Maintain HR records and documents as needed Ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents, programs, information, etc, is maintained You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Two-year degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Education or experience with payroll processing required Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements required Responsible for effective and compliant records retention along with records management, filing and I-9 retentionStrong computer skills: Microsoft Office programs, specifically Outlook and Excel; database management; UKG/ Work Force Management experience a plus Strong organizational skills Strong written and oral communication skills required Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness Strong respect for level of confidentiality required We invite you to See Yourself at MarvinFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
